1:1 Direct ABA Therapy

How to Get Started

  • Step 1: Contact Us Reach out by phone, email, or through our website to begin the intake process and tell us about your child’s needs.
  • Step 2: Insurance Verification Our team will verify your insurance benefits and review coverage for in-home ABA therapy services.
  • Step 3: Intake & Records Review You’ll complete intake paperwork and share any relevant reports or diagnoses to help us understand your child’s history and goals.
  • Step 4: Initial Assessment A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will complete a comprehensive assessment to identify strengths, needs, and recommended services.
  • Step 5: Treatment Plan Development Based on assessment results, a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan is created and submitted for insurance authorization if required.
  • Step 6: Services Begin Once authorized, in-home ABA therapy sessions begin with a trained Behavior Technician under ongoing BCBA supervision. Step 7: Ongoing Collaboration & Progress Monitoring
